1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, bathroom, surface area 35m².

ST3 Apartment (for 6 persons) :
1 living-room/kitchen with top-Kitchenette, 1 single bedroom, 1 platform bedroom giving access to the solarium terrace for a 50m² surface area.

Linen, sheets and towels are not included. Possibility to rent them (12€ / bed / week).
The price include the studio/apartment rental as well as the water and electricity but not the tourist tax deducted by the municipality.

When you arrive, you have to pay :
The entire rent
+ 350€ de caution deposit restored at the end of your stay after inventory of fixtures in the time limit allowed by the law and at the arrival and departure times given in the informations page.
Reservations are only definitive after reception of your deposit, which represents 30% of your rental.

The residence is watched over day and night; all motorized engines are strictly forbidden during the night.
Only leashed pets are allowed.
